The Priority Thinking® 360º Feedback Assessment is an online survey designed to utilize feedback from the individuals surrounding an employee to assess that employee's PERFORMANCE in his or her respective role.

Our 360º's incorporate feedback from individuals that have any or all manner of professional contact with the employee. Responses can be weighted according to the significance of their relationship with the employee.

What?	Trust is a judgement that a person or group will achieve the desired outcome in a given situation.

Where?	Trust is possible in all manner of different situations and circumstances.
Why?	The main reason we trust is the sense of control it affords us. This is meant not in a negative way, but to indicate that we trust so that we can predict what will happen next as we strive toward our goals and objectives.
How?	There are four primary forms of Trust. It can be EXTENDED, BUILT, SUSTAINED and RESTORED. These four forms provide structure to our toolkit.
