Chris Witt

The founder and principal of Witt Communications, LLC, Chris Witt has been helping organizations, leaders, and individual performers get better results from their formal presentations and day-to-day conversations since 1993.

Chris works with business leaders — CEOs, presidents, executives, business owners, and senior managers — who want to motivate, inspire, and influence audiences. He also works with high-level technical professionals — senior scientists, engineers, and programmers — who want to win people’s attention, respect, and cooperation. And he helps government contractors, construction companies, project management and engineering firms make winning proposals for large contracts.

With over 30 years of professional speaking experience, Chris shares techniques, skills, and strategies that he has honed in front of live audiences. He combines a background in education, counseling, and ministry with advanced training In public speaking, communications, and emotional intelligence.

Chris is the author of Real Leaders Don’t Do PowerPoint: How to Sell Yourself and Your Ideas (Crown Publishing). He is a Board Certified Coach, a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, a graduate of Corporate Coach U and past president of the San Diego chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants.

His clients and former clients include Sprint, Inuit, Northrop Grumman, IBM, Wells Fargo, Johnson Controls, Yale University School of Medicine, and the San Diego Zoo.
