The Good Will Leader 360 (GWL360) compares a leader’s self-assessment with perceptions of those around him/her regarding their leadership performance. Results are used to develop and sequence training programs and individual coaching goals.
This assessment is administered by Hezel Associates – a boutique employee assessment firm with a specialty in industrial psychology – for employee selection and development and can be customized to fit the needs of the organization and job role.
The Culture Survey asks employees a wide range of questions and includes topics such as ethics, leadership, and employee benefits. The goal is to detect key strengths and weaknesses in the organizational culture that could effect employee hiring, development, and retention.
The Professional Talent Assessment uses the Good Will Leader tiered competency model to assess whether an individual employee possesses the qualities and competencies to be successful in their job role and support the vision of the organization.
